Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Pintarin collects through this website, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and what rights you have over it. Effective from 16 August 2026.
Who controls your data
This website is operated by PT Pintar Inovasi Bangsa (“Pintarin”, “we”), acting as the Personal Data Controller under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).

What we collect
We collect only what you submit yourself through the contact form on this site:
- Name — so we know who we are addressing.
- Company name — so we understand the context of your enquiry.
- Work email address — our primary way of replying to you.
- Phone or WhatsApp number — optional, only if you provide it.
- Description of your needs — free text you write yourself.
- Preferred contact method — optional.
- Page language at the time of submission — so we reply in the same language.
We do not ask for, and this site does not collect, the categories of specific personal data described in Article 4(2) of UU PDP — such as health, biometric, personal financial, or political data. Please do not include such information in the free-text field.
Legal basis for processing
We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent (Article 20(2)(a) UU PDP), given when you submit the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
For site security — specifically the submission rate limiting described below — the basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and free from abuse (Article 20(2)(f) UU PDP).
IP addresses and rate limiting
To prevent automated repeat submissions, our system converts the sender IP address into a hash — a one-way fingerprint that cannot be turned back into the original address — and stores it briefly in cache to count submissions within a short time window.
That hash is not stored alongside your enquiry, is never used to identify you, and expires by itself when the window closes. We do not retain your actual IP address.
Cookies
This site places one cookie on your device:
pll_language— remembers your language choice (Indonesian or English) so later pages appear in the same language. It lasts one year and contains only a language code, not a personal identifier.
This site does not set tracking cookies, does not run third-party analytics, does not load advertising pixels, and does not share your browsing behaviour with anyone. You can delete the cookie through your browser settings; the only effect is that the site returns to its default language.
What your data is used for
- Replying to the question or request you sent.
- Following up on the conversation you started, including sending information you asked for.
- Notifying our team internally that a message has arrived.
We do not sell your data, do not rent it, do not use it for targeted advertising, and do not add you to bulk mailing lists unless you ask us to.
Who your data is shared with
Form data is stored within this website and sent as a notification to our internal email address. The only parties who can technically touch it are the infrastructure providers we use to run the site and deliver email, acting as Personal Data Processors on our instructions.
Beyond that, we disclose data only where required by law or by a valid request from law enforcement.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form data for at most 24 months from our last communication with you, then delete it. We chose that period because enterprise AI decision cycles are genuinely long, and deleting sooner would discard the context of a conversation you started.
If an engagement follows, data relating to that engagement is governed by a separate agreement and by the record-keeping obligations that apply to the company.
Your rights over your data
Under UU PDP, you have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you and request a copy.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave.
- Object to particular processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details at the top of this page. We will respond within 3 x 24 hours of receiving your request, as required by Article 21 UU PDP.
Security
We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data, including restricted system access and encrypted transmission. No system is entirely immune, and we will not claim otherwise; in the event of a personal data protection failure we will notify as required by Article 46 UU PDP.
This site is not for children
Pintarin serves organisations and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through this site, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Changes that materially affect your rights will be communicated more clearly than by a changed date alone.
